Business Advisory

LWBJ Business Advisors deliver a depth of experience that differentiates us from other consulting firms. Among our partners are former CEOs and CFOs who have led successful companies – and who have the practical scar tissue to prove it. We bring operational and financial  know-how to the table, and we leverage an impressive network of relationships when other specialties are needed.

Clients may engage us at any stage of the business cycle. At the inception stage, we help build business and strategic plans – providing a road map to follow in getting the business up and running. As companies grow and expand, we work closely with our investment banking colleagues to raise capital to launch and support future growth. Ultimately, we help clients develop and execute plans for continued growth, succession, buyout, sale, merger or public offering.

More than “academic” advisors, we work to develop long-term relationships and become integral members of your team – helping you build a better, more successful business, year after year.
